Testifi Video was founded by the team behind Metro Atlanta Business Solutions, an established digital marketing agency. After nearly 5 years of helping grow small businesses across the Southeast US, we saw a consistent trend holding back the potential growth of many companies: the inability to create video content.
We believed “making video easier” was the key to unlocking social media growth, engaging with customers, and helping business professionals share their expertise. The problem was it was expensive and a logistical nightmare to get businesses and their customers involved in the video process. We set out to build simple tools specifically to help businesses create branded videos in no time and collect customer stories to advertise personal experiences.

No. We work really hard to make sure you are taken care of at no additional cost to you. You will have access to our online tutorials, in addition to free phone and email support. We are currently upgrading our live chat platform, and private Facebook Community where you can interact with other Testifi Video users. We’ve got you covered.

Can I cancel my Testifi Video subscription anytime?
We’re sorry to hear you want to close your account, but we get it, sometimes that happens. Yes, you can cancel your Testifi Video subscription at any time. Log in to your dashboard and select the Edit Profile section. Scroll to the bottom left-hand corner of your profile, locate the ‘Cancel Subscription’ button.
What kind of companies should use Testifi Video?
We’re so glad you asked. The answer is, ANY company. Testifi Video’s goal is to help all companies gain additional awareness and exposure that will ultimately drive growth and sales. It might be a new steakhouse in town or a service provider looking to showcase his or her work. Or, it might be an established company that’s been around for 20 years but is looking to reinforce its value to existing customers. We believe any company or organization can benefit from using Testifi Video.
Can multiple people use the same subscription?
For the same reason, each person in a company has their own email address <(i.e. yourname@yourbusiness.com), each person will want to have their own Testifi Video profile for proper tracking and reporting.
How long can my videos be?
Video Testimonials can be up to 50 seconds in length, Branded Videos, Story Videos, and Video Emails can be up to 3 minutes in length.
Are my videos locked down on your platform, or do I own them?
Once you “accept” your video, you own it. You can download it right away. It’s yours to use forever. We may share certain videos for marketing purposes with your expressed consent.
